What to expect

First, your Results Lounge provider will draw a sample of your blood. This blood will then be placed into a centrifuge that will cause it to separate into layers, one of which is platelet-rich plasma (PRP). In the meantime, your provider will apply a numbing cream to the targeted areas of the vagina, followed by an injection that will further numb these areas.

The provider will then extract the layer containing the PRP and skillfully inject it into the designated locations of the vagina. That's it! The entire procedure should take about 30 minutes from start to finish, and the best part is, there's virtually no recovery time. So after you stand up and leave the procedure room, all that's left to do is sit back, relax, and witness the healing and growth that will unfold over the months ahead.

What to expect

First, a numbing lidocaine cream is gently applied to your penis to ensure your comfort during the procedure. Next, a blood sample is drawn from your arm, much like a routine blood test.

The collected blood is then carefully processed in a centrifuge.​

Afterwards, the platelets from your blood are separated and transferred to another tube, where a few drops of calcium chloride solution are introduced. This clever trick convinces the platelets that they are within the body, responding to an injury.​

  • The clitoral injection is painful, we offer topical numbing and nitrous if needed. After the procedure, you may feel like you are getting a UTI with frequency and urgency, this is normal and should be resolved that day.

  • We ask that you avoid intercourse for 48 hours (about 2 days).

  • As with all PRP, avoid steroids, NSAIDS like ibuprofen, and antihistamines like Benadryl.
